Contest winner Camas Ridge Community School DIGS its new Farm to School program!

Last month, we announced Camas Ridge Community School in Eugene, Ore. as the winner in our Root 4 Kids schools contest. Camas Ridge generated more sign-ups than over 800 other schools throughout the nation competing to win their very own Farm to School program!

Final Weeks of School Competition!

We’re watching all the entries pour in for our school competition! We’ll to award the top prize in our Root 4 Kids contest at the end of this month. As you may know, the school with the most sign ups by January 31, 2011 will win a new garden, Farm to School program or gardening supplies. There’s a close match for first place, with fewer than 10 sign-ups separating our top two schools! Read on to see who’s in the lead.
